Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

Getting BSOD and WHEA Uncorrectable Error--  I have tried to install and run HP Support Assistant.  It downloads but will not open.  I have run the only diagnostics which come up when I press the esc key at bootup.  They are a memory and a hard disk test so I thought perhaps the Support Assistant would have some other diagnostics I could run.  The memory and hard disk tests were successful and found no errors.

Any suggestions will be appreciated.
