Try these steps:
Uninstall any previously installed USB drivers:
- Open Device Manager.
- Locate the USB drivers under Universal Serial Bus controllers.
- Right-click on each USB driver and select Uninstall device. Make sure to check the option to delete the driver software for this device if prompted.
Restart your computer:
- After uninstalling the drivers, restart your computer to ensure all changes take effect.
Download the latest USB driver:
- Visit the official HP Support website and navigate to the drivers download section.
- Enter your laptop model HP Spectre x360 Convertible Laptop PC 13-aw2000 to find the appropriate driver.
- Download the latest USB driver available for your system.
Install the downloaded driver:
- Locate the downloaded driver file and run the installation wizard.
- Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the installation.
Verify the installation:
- Open Device Manager again to ensure the USB drivers are installed and working correctly.
- There should be no yellow exclamation marks or error symbols next to the USB devices.
