A 3 month old laptop stopped working and sent to HP for repair after hours on phone. They sent back a picture of a bad part inside of it but said it was accidental damage. Nothing was ever broke on the laptop and it looks like one tiny part was messed up inside. Anybody have any luck getting HP to honor their warranty??
