Hi,

we have a some HP ZBook Power 15.6 in our company. 3 of them are giving a BSOD error almost every day.

I tried already to reinstall windows, upgrade all the drivers from HP, also installed the drivers with a driver booster, disable all the non microsoft services, did a sfc, dism. It happened even after a factory reset with only office installed on the pc. I even tried to install windows 11. I did a memory test, a stess test for the GPU, everything passed with no error. But then, randomly, it give the BSOD.

I insert the .dmp file in the BlueScreenView and it gave me:

Bug Check String: "KMODE_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED"

Filename: ntoskrnl.exe

Address in stack: ntoskrnl.exe+460cd3

This on 3 computers. The others HP ZBook Power 15.6 have some problems with the wifi but not bsod.

Let me know that should I try.
