HP ProBook 455 G7
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi,

I have unpacked my brand new HP ProBook 455 G7 delivered me yesterday. I have normally setted up my PC, everything seemed to be OK, but suddenly I realized I cannot access Notification (Action) centre in windows 10 (items are grey, cannot click on them), cannot right-click on icons in task bar, cannot run Microsoft Store (just run-screen and then nothing), neither Microsoft Store apps, HP Support app as well, something is blocking this in my OS but I do not know what, I did not nothing unusual, I have installed latest updates on WinX included the latest version of OS. Please help, thank you.

What do mean when you say you installed the latest version of Windows 10?

I presume the new PC came with Win10 preloaded, so I see no reason for you to install the OS yourself.
