Operating System: Linux

Hello HP support team

After install new battery with compabality part number, got issue.

 

1. Connect AC caps lock on for 3~4 sec and of light then turn off light

2. On standby caps/num lock blinking 7 times

 

Trying:

1. Remove battery and ac for hard reset more time (not work)

2. Remove rams, hard and try hard reset  (not work)

3. Remove bios battery and clear cmos  (not work)

4. Check memory and hard drive on diagnostic  (not work)

 

Not trying:

1. Roll back or restore bios

 

Please help, I don't have idea...
