HP envy 17 won’t boot

HP envy laptop won’t boot up. It was working fine and I went to turn it on and it won’t boot. I have tried every combination of power button holds and power supply disconnects and reconnects. Power button led comes on for about 4 secs then caps lock flashes and lights go out.

Some online peeps have said remove CMOS battery but I opened it up and couldn’t find it.

Any suggestions?
