HP Recommended
Pavilion

My laptop was working just fine with no problems.

I was prompted to update to Windows 10, which I have been putting off for a while due to how long the HP updates take.

I decided to just update it and waited a while for the update to be complete. The update seem to go ahead just fine and I logged back on and was able to use my laptop no problem for a short while.

I was then prompted to restart my laptop in order for the update to be complete fully, which I did.

Now when I turn on my laptop, I am able to log in fine so I know there are no problems with the screen and the keyboards functionality.

Yet when the home page loads, nothing in my main toolbar loads nor do any of my desktop shortcuts and after roughly 2 minutes my screen completely freezes and my keyboard also stops working as well.

This is obviously a software issue but I have tried everything to fix it.

Any ideas? Thanks in advance
