HP pavilion x2
My question
I have an HP pavilion x2 pad 10 with windows on it now i tried to reinstall it via a usb stick because i have windows crashed and thus no longer come in windows but i do not get in the boot setup menu of windows setup i will add some pictures of the bios settings PHOTO here

Relevant software and hardware that I use
MediaCreationTool.exe from windows itself to make my Windows laptop 10 windows an installation for windows

Other isos with windows 10

Rufus for bootable
Both GPT for UEFI and all other solutions that offer them like mbr for uefi and uefi bios

via the boot manager f9 i get 2 options os boat manager but then it will not go on anymore ...
And boot from efi file and searched for where I can find it on the usb stick and that is in the efi / boot folder under efi file the file is called "bootx64.efi" but then I get this error "the selected boot device Failed. Press <enter> to continue.

What I've found or tried
That there is no legacy support in the bios is only secure boot that is disabled.

I have already put the usb cd / dvd rom drive on usb 2 and usb diskette on key / ush harddisk on 1 but also nothing.

Hopefully you can tell me how to boot windows setup via a usb stick without the legacy support

Greetings!
