Product: Spectre

My laptop will not turn on. At first, I put in the charger and the orange light would go on and off. But the computer would not start. Then the charging light turned white, but still the computer would not turn on. If I hold down the power button the only change is the white charging light blinks on and off. 

i do not believe my charger is defective, my best guess would be the charging ports are defective. But I am not certain of this. The fastest resolution would be greatly appreciated.
