HP stream mod# 11-do11wm
Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)
My HP stream just started doing this the other day I will power it on and the power light is on but the screen is black and won't come on. I don't know what is wrong with it nor what to do. And last thing when j bought the computer the original owner downloaded the windows 10 but didn't delete the 7 or 8 and now I have no space and its running slow, how do I delete the old version? If anyone knows please let me know thank you
