So, the bios broke, causes it to power on and instantly shut down, and I can't find the right bios to flash

Still happens after installing the bios, no idea why, I know the issue is bios related but I have no idea what's happening, keyboard and other lights turn on, fans run and then a few seconds later it just boots back off
