How can I correct failure ID 9BQ21G-8R9A4Q-MFPUQK-60RB03
My laptop crashed twice last night and rebooted fine. Today it crashed and has told me there’s an imminent failure with the hard disk. I’ve run the diagnostics check and the above failure code has come up. Any ideas? The laptop isn’t even 3 years old

The hard disk is about to fail - or has already done so by now.
9BQ21G-8R9A4Q-MFPUQK-60RB03 | OK | xxxxxxxx | 5/31/20 | 303 | Storage | Floppy Drive, Hard Drive, Memory Drive, Optical Drive, SCSI, Tape Drive | Hard Disk 1 Quick Test Failure |
Any hidden details in the diagnostic code are available to HP internal Support .
If you can still do so, this is the time to make sure all your data is backed up to OTHER than the computer. For example, back up your most critical data to the Cloud, to a USB, to a NAS (Network Attached Storage unit) - "somewhere" you can access the data when the computer becomes unavailable.
