UC6550-9689RT-XD7W2J-60RC03 11/11/19 303  Hard Disk 1 Quick Test Failure

 

You need to replace the HDD and re-install all the software.

So if you buy your own drive and ask locally in India for a cost to fit, rather than doing it yourself (DIY), or just handing the whole thing over to a repair shop, then maybe you can control the costs.
