I Recently replaced my hard drive and reinstalled windows recovery and its at the part of install asking for Administrator Sign In but its saying locked

Im not sure what to do

I do not understand what you are trying to say. Please try again.

 

Did you perform a recovery or are you reinstalling Windows?

 

It would be simpler to start over and use the HP Cloud Recovery USB flash drive that you can create by following the document at the link below this line. You will need a 32GB USB flash drive. Reinstall the original hard drive and go online to download the HP Cloud recovery utility.
