Yes, that was a tricky one to find.

I found it on the Microsoft Update Catalog website, zipped it up and attached it below:

You will need to manually install the driver from the device as there is no executable file.

Download and unzip the file to its folder.

Do not do anything with the files in the folder.

Go to the device manager.  Click on the ACPI\VEN_INT&DEV_347C device needing the driver.

Click on the driver tab.  Click on Update driver.

Select the 'Browse my computer for drivers' option and browse to the driver folder you unzipped.

Make sure that the Include subfolders box is checked and the driver will install.

Here is a partial copy and paste of the driver setup information file which shows driver support for the hardware ID you posted:

[INTEL.NTamd64]

%PCI\VEN_8086&DEV_347bDesc%=Needs_PCI_DRV,PCI\VEN_8086&DEV_347b
%PCI\VEN_8086&DEV_347cDesc%=Needs_PCI_DRV,PCI\VEN_8086&DEV_347c
%PCI\VEN_8086&DEV_347dDesc%=Needs_PCI_DRV,PCI\VEN_8086&DEV_347d
%PCI\VEN_8086&DEV_347aDesc%=Needs_PCI_DRV,PCI\VEN_8086&DEV_347a

Thanks Paul, but I was finally able to solve this by installing the 'Intel SkyCam Camera Driver' located under the heading "Driver-Keyboard,Mouse and Input devices" from HP's service section for this X2 machine.

Thanks again though I do appreciate the reply.
