Microsoft Windows 8.1 (64-bit)

Hello,

I upgraded my laptop from Windows 8 to 10,

But the problem was when I did that upgrade I found out that I lost some drivers,

I also got drivers from hp support page here.. but not all of them are like the one that comes with a jump action no driver there...

Now I need to go back to the previous version of Windows 8 it was bundled with.

So please if you can send me or provide me the link of the original Windows 8 ISO, this iso file including all the drivers for the laptop that came with…
Thanks ,

Hi:

Unfortunately, that would not be possible.

You can download a plain W8.1 64 bit ISO file from the link below.

Download Windows 8.1 Disc Image (ISO File) (microsoft.com)

Use the Microsoft tool that I zipped up and attached below that you will need to transfer the ISO file to a DVD or USB flash drive so that it is bootable, or you can use the free Rufus utility to make a bootable USB flash drive.

Rufus - Create bootable USB drives the easy way

After W8.1 has completed installing, you can install the drivers and available software from your notebook's support page.
