Good day Dear friends, I am having a problem with my laptop it has been extremely slow to respond etc..etc...I am trying to either do a GENERAL RESET OR REFRESH PC, but I always get this message: ïnsert your windows installation or recovery media to continue" OR: "There was a problem with refreshing NO CHANGES WERE MADE". Please please can anyone advice where can I get that? my laptop is from 2013/2014 and I have nothing else with me except for the laptop. Please help! I am wasting so much time EVERY single time I turn it on extremely slow. I just LOVE HP and I don't want to buy a new one. My email [personal information removed per Rules Of Participation]

The only suggestion I can offer would be to use the W10 Media Creation tool to clean install W10.
The tool will give you the option of creating a bootable USB installation flash drive, or save an ISO file which you can burn to a DVD.
You will need an 8 GB flash drive for the bootable USB flash drive method.
After W10 installs, you can install the drivers and available software from your PC's support page.
