Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

Vorige week een nieuwe HP Notebook 17-X002ND-N3060-W10 gekocht. Ik kreeg een HP-melding met het verzoek ten behoeve van de garantiestelling mijn naam en e-mailadres etc. in te vullen. Dat heb ik gedaan. Nu krijg ik meerdere malen per dag een HP-melding in mijn scherm: "Welkom bij uw nieuwe HP. U bent helemaal gereed". Ik klik de melding steeds weg, maar hij blijft terugkomen.
Graag uw oplossing voor deze ontzettend irritante en agressieve melding.

Hi:

 

Open the Windows Control Panel, and in the top right, next to View by:  select 'Large Icons.'

 

From the new layout, select Programs and Features, and let the list populate.

 

Find the HP Welcome program listed there, right click the entry, and select Uninstall.

Open het Configuratiescherm van Windows, en in de rechterbovenhoek, naast het bekijken op: selecteer 'Grote pictogrammen.'
 
Vanuit de nieuwe lay-out, selecteert u Programma's en onderdelen, en laat de lijst te vullen.

Vind de HP Welcome programma daar vermeld, met de rechtermuisknop op het item en selecteert u Verwijderen.
