Hi,  my Laptop  15-bs162sa , Product no- 2PR40EA#ABU I broke a usb which had a media recovery hp system, now I tried restoring with hp cloud, but there is no hp model for me and no more hp store selling hp recovery usb. Thank you.

Hi:

 

HP has withdrawn support for the cloud recovery tool for your notebook since it is more than 5 years old.

 

Your only option to reinstall W10 would be to make a bootable W10 USB installation flash drive with the Microsoft media creation tool from the link below:

 

Download Windows 10

 

After W10 has completed installing, you can install the drivers and available software from your notebook's support page:

Thank you very much, hopefully the laptops will work well because I had problems Support Assistant not working and Edge Browser working poorly and driver crash all the time. All the best with respect to Andris.
