Hii

  1. Please assist, I'm trying to clean install windows 10 pro on my laptop, but I'm stuck because it's not picking up my Hard Drive, I tried downloading the correct RST drivers from HP website with no luck.
  2. All the drivers I get from the site are not compatible with my hardware. 
  3. Tried to download a few driber

What is the full model or product number of your notebook? They are printed on the bottom plate.
