Hi. My hp computer is not working properly. It doesnt charge and I tried to remove the battery and plug it in without the battery but not seeing any sign of power coming in. I used my charger to charge my roomates hp laptop and it is working. Please help

 Most important is to restart the PC (restart Windows) and test the adapter and batter using UEFI tests.
