Need help to factory restore my HP 2000 it gets to a blue screen and keeps restarting is there another way to factory restore cause Ive used f8 and f11 and nothing

Hello @Skillie82,

 

 

Sorry to know that the F11 Recovery is not working.

 

 

The only option  to recover is buy using the Recovery Media/CD.

 

If you do not have Recovery CD, then you will have to purchase from HP. It will cost you approx 20$.

 

Use the below link and order one.

 

Scroll down to the bottom and select Order Recovery Media-CD/DVD/USB.

 

Click on the order media and Choose your PC model.
