Hiw do I enable secure boot in BIOS, if I can't even change it? That is, there is no access to it, or I dont't understand it that way, if so, how do I get access to it?

Hi:
If Windows is installed in UEFI mode, see if this works to enable secure boot...
Step 1. Go into the BIOS and Load HP Factory Default Keys and see if Secure Boot becomes available.
Step 2. If it does not than go into the operating system and disable “Fast Boot” (Steps below).

Step 3. go back into your BIOS and try Load HP Factory Default Keys.
Step 4. enable Secure Boot at this point.
To check if Windows is installed in UEFI mode, run the Windows system information app.
Scroll down the page and find the BIOS Mode line.
If it is UEFI, the above steps should work.
If the BIOS mode is Legacy, you will not be able to change the secure boot setting to enabled unless you reinstall Windows in UEFI mode and that entails booting the Windows installation flash drive from the UEFI USB boot source, not the legacy one.
