HP Notebook - 17-ak072cl
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My hard drive failed. I replaced it with the exact same hard drive model it came with.

Where do I find my Windows 10 product code so I can reinstall Windows with the correct product activation code?

The Windows product key is encrypted in your notebook's BIOS.

You do not need the product key to reinstall Windows.

Which version of Windows 10 should I reinstall? Or do I need to clear the TPM first?

Unless you have recovery media, you won't have any option but to install the latest version of W10 which you can download from the link below:

Download Windows 10

You shouldn't need to do anything in the BIOS.

With the bootable W10 USB installation media in the USB port, turn on the PC.

Immediately tap the ESC key to get the menu of options.

Select the F9 boot options menu and from that select the EFI USB flash drive and press the Enter key.

The notebook should boot from the USB flash drive and begin to load the Windows setup files.
