SKU: if possible by this method
WinKey + R and type
msinfo32
Read Line 9
System SKU: N6K07EA#ABU

Please do not post Serial Numbers.

 

So is it a 32 GB capacity issue, or a Network issue?

My computer won't let me do anything on it alls it says is a disk system error

Hi

So no ID on Make or Model? 

NoteBook suggesting it could be a HP rather then a Dell et al.

Do you have access to another PC?

 

Can you take some photo's and post them please.

 

Something, anything to move this forward.

It probably won't let you install Windows because if it a recent PC, it has Secure Boot enabled (by default) and that won't let you install another OS.

You are being helped by @Lil_Boy_Blue  but if you won't look around the PC for labels with the information they need, you are preventing them from assisting you.
