We have no idea how to fix any generic problems with a keyboard -- as those are not meant to be repaired but replaced.
You generally can not even buy parts for a keyboard, but instead, buy replacements.

To give you some more info ...
High-end Gamer keyboards that plug into PCs, (and cost HUNDREDS of dollars!) have replaceable keys and other parts -- because they are designed to be customized. They are rugged, durable, and long-lasting.
Laptop keyboards are the complete opposite -- they are lightweight, flimsy, and don't have replaceable parts. You generally replace a keyboard in its entirety and I've done several for $25 each.
But ... the process varies greatly between different model laptops. Some, like the ones I have serviced, take 5 minutes or so because you remove the top of the case by popping it off, disconnect the keyboard cable, pop-out the keyboard, connect the new keyboard to the cable, reconnect the case.
I have no idea how to do this on a Chromebook -- so I can't advise. IF you Google it (as I did for mine) and you find a video that shows it to be easy, then all you have to do is get the part number and buy it from an online store. But if you find it to be very difficult, then you would have to pay to have it done -- and that can be quite expensive.
