Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I bought 4 GB RAM and also I have 4 GB RAM in system. While insert additional 4 GB RAM after ON my Laptop system is running but display not come. While check my CD driver is working and also open. Please give me solution.....

Hi @sararaju84,

 

I read your post and I understand that the display does not come on after upgrading your RAM.

 

May I have the exact model name of the product? Refer to this document for steps to find the product details. Do not share any of your personal information such as serial, phone number, email ID, etc.

 

 Meanwhile, try the steps below -

 

Step 1: Performing a hard reset

Step 2: Connecting an external monitor to test the display

Step 3: Recovering the notebook BIOS using a keypress combination

Step 4: Reseating the memory modules

 

Refer to -Computer Starts but Screen Remains Blank (Windows 10, 😎
