You may not be able to since the BIOS update was only written to be run on XP.

HP retired support for the notebook since it is more than 10 years old.

This reputable 3rd party driver site has the last BIOS update HP released for the V2000 model series that have the AMD processors:

What is the BIOS version and date of the BIOS your notebook currently has installed?

The only other BIOS update I could find is this one, but it doesn't indicate if it is for Intel or AMD processors.

Then your notebook must have the latest BIOS update installed because this link shows the only 3 BIOS updates that are available for the model series.  F.06 is one of them.
