So I had an error and the laptop is but locked I don't have the key and I can't get the computer to recognize the windows bootable USB to reinstall windows 11 is there a way to do this or am I screwed

HP Recommended

Use the HP cloud recovery tool to make a bootable USB recovery drive to factory reset the drive.
