- Could you elaborate on what happened and what issue you experience now ?

What makes you believe there is hacker's password now ?  Any details will be helpful. Can you also take a picture or two of the issue you see now and post it back here ?

 

 

- Would you be able to post your full product number (PN) and your PC model name. Serial number (SN) is not needed.
