Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I upgraded windows 10 to windows 11 on my HP Notebook (HP Notebook - 15-f387wm) I could not roll back to windows 10. SO I installed windows 10 on top or dual booted and now I do not have access to HP Recovery Manager. I want to back up all data to onedrive and then do a factory reset with the USB drive I create when I got the laptop. I looked everywhere on how to reinstall . Can I just boot from restore USB drive after I backup all my data? any info is appreciated
