Product: Elite X360 1030 G4
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have the Elite X360 1030 G4 and after rebooting it goes directly into a mode where it tries to "recovering Intel Management Engine Firmware to Version 12.0.49.1534" and then stops by displaying Error 23.

I have data in this device which I urgently need to get to an USB-Stick. Anyone who can give me a hint how to do that or where I can find the firmware file and how to apply it. Only need this one startup and it could even be in "no network" mode or "recovery mode". I just have to get access to  the folder "documents" and the offline-folder of "Ondrive" and "MyCloud". Once I have copied my private data I don't need to use this device again. Please send any instructions and How-to's to "konstanthin@gmx.ch"
