Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi everyone,

i need some help with my laptop. i just bought a Hp 14s i3 11th gen a few months ago. after a while using it i did a clean install windows 11 beta to try it out and used the method  given by Hp to load the driver during the installation process. it worked good for a while and suddenly crashed (blue screen), so i tried to do a clean install of windows 10 pro, at first the installation was going fine loading the drivers fine but when the installation started to count it gave an error.

so i started the clean installation again, but now i can't see the Nvme that is in my laptop when i check the bios. i see intel RST VMD drivers can't see any drives connected, when i open up my laptop the drive

is there (original one shipped with the laptop from Hp), i will at photos from my bios, maybe some of you can help me out ..

thanx in advance
