Product: Hp EliteBook 745 G3
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

Dear All,

 

I have replaced my computer hard drive due to current one defective.

I would like to install operating system again via cloud recovery. I installed cloud recovery application on my other computer and typing my HP Elitebook 745 G3' product id as "V6J91EC" however i am receiving error message as "Product ID does not much or is invalid"

Could you please help me how to download image recovery on my usb drive ?
