I bought a laptop with Hp Omen 17 db1500nt (A44QLEA) AMD R7 8845 HS 4070 NVIDIA GEFORCE RTX 32 GB RAM 1 TB SSD 2K SCREEN 240 HZ features. In the Gaming Hub application, when using it on battery in balanced and hybrid modes, it gives a video tdr failure blue screen error. The technical service of the distributor company said that there was a software problem and that this problem was fixed. However, the computer still gave a video tdr failure blue screen error a few times in balanced and hybrid modes. There is no problem when using only integrated graphics and discrete graphics modes with Eco Balanced and Performance on the laptop. The problem only occurs in Hybrid mode. Is there a solution for this? If there is no software solution, is this problem hardware-related? If it is hardware-related, I will return the computer.

dear mesut i have same netotebook with you and i had same problem. My solution is nvidia control center - power management mode- choose maximum performance mode . and i believe my solution is temporary.
