HP ENVY 34 inch All-in-One Desktop PC 34-c0000 (388P6AV)

I hope this message finds you well. I am reaching out for assistance with my HP All-in-One computer, which is currently experiencing a persistent issue.

My computer powers on but gets stuck on the "HP PC Hardware Diagnostics UEFI" screen. I have run all available diagnostics, and they indicate that all components are functioning properly. I have also updated the BIOS via USB, reset the BIOS settings, and replaced the CMOS battery, but I am still encountering the same problem.

When I manage to exit the diagnostics screen, I receive a CMOS 502 error. Following the prompt to press Enter, I am returned to the diagnostics screen once again. I have exhausted all troubleshooting steps I found online, and unfortunately, I cannot boot, reset, or access the computer beyond this screen.

If anyone has any additional solutions or suggestions, I would greatly appreciate your guidance. Thank you for your time and assistance.

Thank you very much, that's what I did. I replaced the battery and reset the CMOS and then the BIOS and unfortunately it didn't work.
