Hp bios update stuck after 2 hours

I open my laptop after 8 months and update it everything is normal but setting notification say u need to update it update 2 and 3 time and after update it opened my laptop the the blue screen error on and it say the we ran into problems and we need to restart it and then it  is restarting after 30 minutes it doesn't open i shut down so many time and   hp bios update  and normally goes 54% and stuck in think it need time but after 2 hours it stuck as it is and I tried everything but it doesn't work
