Product: Hp elite x2

I have a hp elite x2 that doesn’t work. It has full charge and is apparently  connected, since the on/off led is working (switching from white to orange light whenever I click the on/off button). Can anyone help?

  • What do you mean it is not working - do you mean it is not powering on ?
  • Can you provide more details what you try to do and what exactly happens ?
  • May be you can take pictures or videos, and post them back ?

 

If the PC is not starting up, check this >> review the HP official article/guide about such issues you experience now. Follow the appropriate steps that fit your case to attempt to fix the issue:
