Admin passwords and BIOS (also Power-On) passwords are very different, and while we here can not help you with either of these, since we can not verify product ownership, what you need to do is also very different -- depending on which is the issue.
Admin passwords are used to gain access to Windows -- and appear with a Login screen and wallpaper background after the PC has finished loading Windows.
We are not permitted to help you resetting your password because we have no way to verify ownership of the computer.
Therefore, to get help resetting these passwords, you have to Contact HP support in your region using the following link:

You can also take your PC to a local PC repair shop and they might be able to get you access -- but you will have to pay them for this service.
