Product: Hp pavilion 15 gaming laptop
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hey my hp laptop won't turn on. There is light in the power button and light in the charger hole as if I'm charging my computer even though I'm not. It doesn't make any noise even though I have tried turning it off and on constantly. It's just completely silent. Nothing happens but the light in the power button keeps being on. I don't have a removable battery so I can't even try and remove that. What should I do?

Sounds like it powers on (you mentioned the light on the power button) but you have no display is that correct?  

 

Can you access the RAM easily on that model?  You may have to reseat the RAM or it is possible one RAM chip has failed (if you have multiple RAM chips).  Is there an access door on the bottom to get to the RAM?  What HP model is your laptop?
