Product: Example: Pavilion notebook 15

Hi, 

I have a pavillion notebook 15 that will not turn on it shows nothing at all not even small led lights or anything. I have tried resetting it and holding the button down for 30 seconds , new charger and battery however still nothing what could this be?

Let's try these steps - HP PCs - Computer Does Not Start

 

If the issue still persists, I'd suggest you Contact HP in your region regarding the service options for your computer.

 

If you are having trouble navigating through the above options, it's most likely because the device is out of warranty. If yes? please send me a private message with the region you are contacting us from. Check next to your profile Name, you should see a little blue envelope, please click on it.
