Hp envy x360 Convertible aq150
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
Hp recovery manager has some options grayed out and does not show show in windows recovery environmeany. I bought a new hp envy x360 it came with windows 10 home edition. I tried to make a clean installation of windows 10 pro. But after it was still showing windows 10 home. I reset the pc back to the windows 10 home and and when I tried to run the hp recovery, that option was never showing in the windows recovery environment. But it shows when I search from windows 10 but still had some options grayed out, no matter articles I have followed, still unable to use the recovery manager. Even though the recovery partition shows untouched. At long last I am not even able to reset the pc removing files. Please help

To change windows 10 version like Home to Pro, you dont need to reinstall your software just go to activation screen and change your serial number to other version and you will start your upgrade or downgrade. About the recovery mode after you tried to install windows 10 pro you wipe the first partition close to 100 Megabits (MBR BOOT PARTITION) and now its impossible to do a recovery.
