So I subscribed for the laptop with monthly payments and they didn’t add the apartment number it’s been over 2 weeks I called fed ex they said hp needs to change the address I called hp and no one’s helping me keep saying we escalated it all they need to do is add a apartment number and everyone keeps giving me the run around I tried canceling and they won’t cancel can anyone kind of guide me who can help me.
