GOOD EVENING SIR,

 

I AM USING HP 14q-cs0006tu. I CANT RECOVER MY WINDOWS FROM CLOUD RECOVERY. ERROR OCCUR WHILE SEARCHING I.E. PRODUCT ID DOES NOT MATCH OR IS INVALID. PLEASE CONTACT HP SUPPORT.

 

PLEASE RESOLVE THE ISSUE.

HP is removing cloud recovery for many systems over 5 years old.
You may want to go here and get a copy of your cloud recovery before it is too late.

If your system is less than 5 years old and cloud recovery is missing then contact HP to obtain cloud recovery.

That indicate there is no cloud support download available.

You can install windows 10 using Microsoft tools and, if needed, obtain any missing drivers from HP.

If your system is working you can do a reset of windows 10 and preserve your files. Read this first and then watch this video to see how to do it.

If your system is not working then you must use another PC and create a windows 10 installation USB. If your PC was licensed for windows 10 home then be sure to install the home version of 10 (or 11 if compatible)
