Good Morning,
Few days ago I tried to update my OS to the new Creators Update, released about a month ago. I tried to use the .exe from Microsoft website and also Media Creator Tool with a flash drive but in both cases I did not manage to update the OS.
Using the .exe after a lot of processes, I read that was impossible to update due to the BIOS version.
Using Media Crator Tool appeared BSOD with error SYSTEM PTE MISUSE
I ran HP Support Assistant but it said that all was updated.
What should I do? More than a month has passed from Creators Update release and my PC is quite new...

Hi,
There is a problem with AMD A10-8700p series processors and the windows creator update which has not been resolved yet. It should be resolved in the future, however right now you will not be able to update to windows creators edition:
