  • Ensure the hard drive is set as the primary boot device.

 

Run Hard Drive Diagnostics:

  • Use the built-in HP Hardware Diagnostics tool to check the health of your hard drive. If the hard drive is failing, you may need to replace it.

 

Reinstall Windows:

  • If the hard drive is functional, you can reinstall Windows 10 using a bootable USB drive. You can create one using the Windows 10 Media Creation Tool.
