I am trying to submit a support ticket to HP and the submission pages are not working

I am trying to submit a ticket to replace either the printer or the part for the printer but the submission page is not working and no open cases are showing up on the dashboard. Neither the "call me back" section nor the "phone-get a case number" section work. I just want to get in contact with someone because my client needs her office printer functioning asap.
