Victus Gaming Laptop 16-s0000nt (7Z4P7EA) After updating the laptop BIOS to F.30 Rev.A, it won't enter BIOS.

If I remove the devices from all ports, it works, but not the other way around.

@chrzzrd, Welcome to HP Support Community,

Thank you for posting your query; I’m here to help by guiding you through steps to resolve this issue

It appears that you're facing an issue with a Victus by HP Gaming Laptop where it no longer enters BIOS after updating to BIOS version F.30 Rev.A, unless peripherals are detached from its ports. This could indicate a compatibility or initialization issue with the new BIOS version when peripherals are connected.

Here are a few steps you might consider:

Check for Additional Updates: Ensure that there are no further updates available for the BIOS that address this specific issue. Sometimes, updates are released to fix version-specific glitches.

Reset BIOS: Try resetting the BIOS settings to default. This can sometimes resolve boot issues. You can do this by entering the BIOS setup utility (when it works without devices) and selecting the option to reset to default settings.

Disconnecting Devices: As a temporary workaround, if entering the BIOS is required, continue disconnecting all peripherals until an appropriate fix is found.

Rollback BIOS: If the problem persists and it's critical to access BIOS with peripherals attached, you might consider rolling back to an earlier BIOS version. However, ensure to follow the official HP guidelines for BIOS rollback to avoid any system damage.

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.
