Hello,
I recently installed Windows 10 64-bit on my HP Pavilion 11m-ad100 x360, but no drivers were found for the Bluetooth card. This has rendered the card inoperable. I need help troubleshooting this issue.

Hi:

 

What model Wi-Fi adapter does your notebook come with?

 

You have to install the corresponding model Bluetooth driver for the model Wi-Fi adapter your notebook has.

 

For example, if your notebook has an Intel Wi-Fi adapter, then you need to install the Intel Bluetooth driver.
